ROBLOX Has A New "Send Message Limit"

Now the message limit that everyone hates on the forums has made it's way to your private messages. I think the limit is like 4 messages in a minute (I don't know for sure but I had 5 PMs and I could reply to only 4 until the time was up). This will filter a lot of spam.. Well actually I don't believe it will since it's timed and you can start sending after 1 minute has gone by (or less).

New Halloween Background on the ROBLOX Website! Post By stuntkid257

A new background was added to the site for Halloween this year! Last year it was an okay background in my opinion, but this year's I like a lot! You can see it yourself when you log in on ROBLOX. ROBLOX Site Maitenance

The roblox.com site is currently down for a "scheduled" maintenance. The site randomly got VERY slow yesterday-today and today just stopped loading images and screwed up completely. I do not believe this is scheduled but that's just my opinion. They say to restart your browser and I have done that, still no ROBLOX. Stay tuned on ROBLOX.com until it's back up is all you can do.

Terrain Generator | Review By stuntkid257

The new Terrain Generator finally came out earlier today! It was introduced at ROBLOX's first ROBLOX Rally in August. There are new plugins at the top of your screen in ROBLOX studio.
When you click on the icon, a GUI will appear that will look like this:

You can choose what kind of terrain you want with these options above. Then when your done, click on the "Generate" button and the terrain should load! There are many other terrain generator plugins as well:

Builder: Creates a new piece of terrain anywhere you click and auto-smooths it too.


Remover: Deletes a piece of terrain in the map.


Elevation Adjuster: You can adjust the elevation the terrain is at.


Brush: Smooths out the terrain by clicking on a piece of terrain.


Plateau: Deletes a layer of the terrain and flattens it out.


Crater: Creates a giant crater where ever you click.


Orb: Makes an orb where ever you click.


Roads: Click once to set the starting point and again to set the end point of the road.


Overall, the terrain generator is a very useful plugin. You can use it for RPG's, Hide 'N' Seek maps, or anything you can think of! There will be more plugins in the near future that will making building here at ROBLOX a whole lot easier!

Updated ROBLOX Skateboards

There have been some updates on the ROBLOX skateboards if you haven't noticed already, I just did and decided to make a post on it. Before, they updated the game GUIs but NOT the skateboards, and the button to get off the skateboard looked like the old backpack and was under the leave GUI (which is now in the menu GUI). It now looks better and says "Press backspace to get off skateboard" on the top left of the screen and you have to press backspace instead of escape to get off now.

New Group Layout Review

Hey guys, as you know may or may not know, there is a new group page layout. 

Personally, I like it. Nice an clean, but could use a few upgrades.  People on Twitter comment on it like "The new layout for groups sucks, 'cause we can't see how much people are in a group." and " the members just seem out of place, right smack in the dang middle. =\" I agree with these, though there is no need to be so harsh. It's times like these where you just got t accept what Roblox is doing. though, if they DO happen to upgrade it, here is what I want:

Number of Robloxians in a group

Members in a different position.

Roblox Studio Plug-ins!

If you were at Roblox Rally, you know about these, and they are OUT! But if you didn't, or did, but missed the conferences, then you might not know about custom Roblox Studio Plug-ins. These plug-ins are customizable, and, if you are a scripter (beginner or advanced) you can make your own! Here is a pic :D

New Roblox Studio Feature!

Hey guys, there is a new Roblox Studio feature! It is called "Time of Day". You click on it and a draggable bar appears at the bottom of your screen that allows you to change the Time of Day without going into Lighting.

There is a new friend request system that works ingame, it is a great new feature and very easy to accomplish your yearly goals.

Rally Update!

       Rally Update.
The rally is still not sold out, but the plan to be in a few weeks. The tickets will not be sold at the doors due to this plan. Also if you do attend the rally in person you will receive a free virtual item, that will be transferred onto your personal ROBLOX account.

      They are still trying to find a possible way to make a live streaming of the rally, but no such updates have been made.

ROBLOX Site Down?

Roblox maintenance page 

Ok quick news.
Roblox's site went to the update page randomly today at around 4:30-4:40 PM EST. But after 2 minutes it went to the error page... After this strange scene none of the staff/admins have said anything. That's all we know for sure, but some Robloxians are saying it is due to the recently added "Party" feature being updated. Bye!
